Mindful Men is where our story began. What started as a mission to make mental health support more accessible for men has evolved into Here Point, a broader practice supporting adults from all walks of life. We continue to advocate for men’s mental health, while recognising that better understanding men’s and women’s experiences helps create better support for everyone.
Many people wait until life feels unmanageable before seeking support.
At Here Point, we believe meaningful change can begin long before a crisis point is reached.
Our approach is collaborative, practical and tailored to your circumstances, goals and strengths.
The name Here Point reflects where change begins.
Change begins from where you are now.
Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, burnout, grief, trauma, disability or significant life change, therapy begins by understanding your reality and helping you take the next step forward.
We combine professional expertise with warmth, humanity and lived understanding to create a therapeutic experience that feels approachable, practical and relevant to everyday life.
Simon is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and the Director and principal therapist of Here Point.
He has extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, burnout, addiction, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, disability and complex mental health concerns.
His approach is warm, practical and collaborative, combining evidence-informed therapy with real-world understanding.
Alongside therapy, Simon also provides clinical supervision and professional support for therapists and mental health practitioners.

Before Here Point, there was Mindful Men.
Mindful Men was founded on a simple belief: men need spaces where they can speak honestly, feel understood and access support before things reach crisis point.
Over time, that work expanded into therapy, clinical supervision, training, advocacy, community engagement and mental health education.
While Here Point now welcomes adults from all backgrounds, genders and life stages, our commitment to improving men’s access to mental health support remains part of who we are.
